1. Shipping Destination & Cost

  • Primary Market: United States
  • Shipping Fee: We offer Free Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or additional delivery charges at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • All orders undergo processing, quality control checks, and packaging before shipment.
  • Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Transit & Delivery Time

  • Shipping Time: 7 - 14 business days after the processing period is complete.
  • Estimated Total Delivery Window: 8 - 17 business days from the date the order is placed.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, extreme weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

4. Order Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been packed and shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Please allow 1 - 3 business days after shipment for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact us within 1 - 2 hours of placing the order. Please email support@avynelle.shop or call (480) 794-3625 immediately with your order details.
  • Once the 1 - 2 hour window has passed or the order has entered the processing phase, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For orders shipped within the United States, applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • In the rare event that international transit routes incur any import duties, customs fees, or tariffs, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within our estimated delivery window, or if the tracking link shows no updates for several consecutive days, please contact our support team at support@avynelle.shop. We will open an inquiry with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
